Driver Training is conducted on-site, one at a time, ensuring that each and every Benjamin Bus driver has the skills and abilities they need to safely operate a school bus.  

We provide:   
•  Training manuals and videos
•  Pre-trip inspection procedures
•  Behind-the-wheel training
•  Ride-along evaluation by an experienced driver

All Benjamin Bus school bus drivers must attend frequent safety meetings.  Topics such as Distracted Driving, Adverse Weather Conditions, School Bus Evacuation Procedures, First Aid, Student Discipline, as well as many others are covered.
